A vital element of HR Policy is creating conditions for development via internal promotions to managerial posts and internal recruitment. Our employees, regardless of their posts, are given such a chance.
Stages of recruitment:
We verify the applications sent to the HR Department: the first selection proceeds on the basis of the requirements included in the job offer. At this stage we decide which candidates we would like to invite to our recruitment meetings.
At this stage we meet the chosen candidates face to face. The job interview is run by a HR Specialist and a manager of the department the candidate applies to. In case of some posts we additionally use various selection means and tools (such as cases, tests or Assessment Center) and reports from a Development Center.

Persons, who are employed as a result of internal recruitment, although they already know our organization, are also offered an adaptation program and substantive care.
