If you are interested in working at Raben Transport it is worth getting acquainted with the necessary information concerning the course of recruitment process. You will learn what requirements we set for our candidates who apply for a job or how the particular stages of recruitment progress.

Who do we look for?

We invite candidates who, regardless of their field of studies and experience, would like to work in an international logistics company.

We look for people who take steps to become entrepreneurs at their posts and take advantage of their abilities in everyday life. The candidates, who act according to the highest standards and business ethics, who promptly react to customers’ inquiries and take responsibility for their actions.

Because of the changeable nature of forwarding services’ realization we search people for whom diversified job and changeable conditions are a source of motivation, who value teamwork and who can create a synergy effect.

Stages of recruitment:

    We verify the applications sent to the HR Department: the first selection proceeds on the basis of requirements included in the job offer. At this stage we decide which candidates we would like to invite to our recruitment meetings.
    At this stage we meet the chosen candidates face to face. The job interview is run by a HR Specialist. In case of some posts we additionally use various selection means and tools (such as cases, tests or Assessment Center).
    People who have succeeded in the recruitment process so far are invited to the next stage of interviews. At this stage the meetings are run by persons from a department the candidates apply to. As a result of those meetings, we propose the chosen persons to get acquainted with the nature of a given job and the team.

  • First days at work
    Taking a new person to our team we do not leave him/her without substantive care. From the first day he/she is being prepared to take on a new professional role in our organizational structure via membership in an adaptation program (a specially devised set of trainings and presentations).
