HR Policy

Raben Transport as a menber of Raben Group is a dynamically developing international organisation of a distinctive organisational structure based on values. At the same time the company’s family background determines its stable position and the clearly-defined direction of development.

One of the elements of our culture is unrestrained, dual communication and reliable and constructive feedback. Such contacts, deprived of rigid barriers, facilitate cooperation, supplying innovative ideas and listening to employees’ opinions. The area we care about most is Customer Orientation which determines linking strong goal orientation with atmosphere of mutual respect and creation of positive relations between people. In such culture we feel like entrepreneurs at our workplaces, we are eager to take responsibility and we are fascinated by new challenges.

The development of our organisation has been entrusted to people with considerable potential, whom we enable to gain experience in various departments of the company, in international environment. Therefore, the tools for personal policy support constant improvement: employees’ appraisal, management of competences and effectiveness, motivational systems, internal and external trainings. A constant element of personal policy is internal promotion. Most of the people who manage our company has come through this way. For people who have worked for our company for many years we have created a jubilee programme.

Our organisational structure based on values and oriented on customer determines recruitment processes and the choice of people whom we invite to our circle. Those rules are also a basis for development of apprenticeship and post-graduate internship’s courses.

Apart from corporate we also take social responsibility running not for profit organizations (institutions of charity) for the benefit of children and supporting the family dimension of our organization.
